Ink Slinger is a proof of concept that reviews NDAs and purchase terms and conditions, including scanned PDFs, and proposes exact-text edits. Every edit comes from a rulebook built on the organization's own contract standards and cites the rule and the original wording, so no change goes unexplained. A lawyer accepts or rejects each edit, and the result is a normal Word document with tracked changes and comments.
How it works
- Read the contract from a Word file or PDF, using OCR for scanned pages.
- Apply a rulebook drawn from the organization's contract standards to propose exact-text edits.
- Cite the rule and original wording behind every edit, and report which rules fired.
- Optionally run an independent verifier pass that flags triggers that may have been missed.
- Let a lawyer accept or reject each edit, then export a Word document with native tracked changes and comments.
