In plain English
Creators often give platforms a cut of their earnings and wait for payouts. Auton lets a creator lock a file behind a one-time payment, with the money going straight to their own wallet. It runs on Solana's test network.

How it works
- A creator uploads a file, which is encrypted (scrambled so only buyers can open it).
- Fans see an optional preview and a payment request using x402 (a web standard for paid access).
- The fan pays from a Solana wallet, and the money goes directly to the creator.
- Once the payment is confirmed on-chain, the fan gets a short-lived link that unlocks the file.
What I did
I built it with collaborators: a Next.js site that talks to a Rust program on Solana. I also recorded the public Devnet walkthrough.
What I learned
On-chain payments for content can work with very little friction. Moving to real money is the point where a security audit comes in.
